The above video, by PBS highlights the problem of desegregating schools of Ok-12 in relation to Brown v. Board of Education. An African-American member of the Richmond School Board could be redistricted into oblivion as part of an effort to protect the black voting energy in a neighboring ward. He brings to the board a lifelong commitment to enhancing education for all college students. Further more , it would seem like a violation of faculty board coverage and protocol in my view.
